Global and region-specific rules of airway epithelial development [Scgb1a1_FGFR]

Evaluate the role of FGFR activity in the differentiation and maturation of bronchiolar secretory cells, postanatally. Overall design: Airways epithelial cells from Scgb1a1CREERT2 -/- ; FGFR2 flox/flox ; Rosa26R-Ai14/Ai9 and Scgb1a1CREERT2 +/- ; FGFR2 flox/flox ; Rosa26R-Ai14/Ai9 mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of Epcam. Epcam positive cells from Scgb1a1CREERT2 +/- ; FGFR2 flox/flox ; Rosa26R-Ai14/Ai9 mice were separated further by FACS based on the presence or absence of tdTomato signal. All isolated cells were analyzed using scRNAseq.
