This statistic illustrates the total number of billionaires in the European region as of 2015, broken down by the size of personal wealth. It can be seen that the number of billionaires with between one and two billion U.S. dollars reached a value of 425 at that time, meaning more than half of all billionaires in Europe belonged to this category. A further 258 billionaires had a personal wealth in the range of between two and five billion U.S. dollars as of 2015.
