HCMC Urbanization & Housing Price

In this project, we measure the levels of urbanization in Ho Chi Minh City and analyze how it influences regional housing prices. Besides, the dynamic panel quantile regression is also employed for the heterogeneous analysis.<br><br>The team of authors presents a replication package comprising datasets and command files. The project involves the integration of two widely used software platforms: Python and STATA 18. <br>(i) First, Python is employed to initiate the process and export the data to an Excel file. (ii) Second, data from public projects is extracted from the provincial authority's website and merged with the existing Excel file. (iii) Lastly, specific datasets are extracted from STATA data files for further statistical analysis.
