Modulation of the gut microbiome by a natural extract treatment in a mouse model of IL4raF709 allergy

Fecal microbiome data were collected from the Il4raF709 allergic mouse model treated with Korean Red Ginseng Extrac. Fecal samples were collected at various time points, including week 0 (gut microbiota colonization) and week 10 (following egg albumin sensitization and challenge). The study also included a wild-type (WT) control group for comparison.
