Data and R code for: Artificial light delays the onset but accelerates the progression of autumn phenology in urban trees

This repository contains the processed datasets and R scripts supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript entitled Artificial light delays the onset but accelerates the progression of autumn phenology in urban trees. The datasets include measurements of autumn phenology, chlorophyll content (SPAD), stomatal conductance, and leaf temperature collected from urban trees on the Vanderbilt University campus. The R scripts reproduce the statistical analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.
