Chemoresistance is a main cause of colorectal cancer (CRC) treatment failure. We identified that Bacteroides (B). fragilis is enriched in CRC patients resistant to chemotherapy from two independent cohorts, and its abundance is associated with poor survival. We performed the RNA sequence for the cell lines in different conditions(with B.f or with Control).
