HOCOMOCO v13 collection of transcription factor binding motifs

This dataset contains entire HOCOMOCO v13 collection of DNA binding motifs for human and mouse transcription factors.

Data for the previous version HOCOMOCO v12 is also available at Zenodo. See also HOCOMOCO v12 paper.

Novel (relative to v12) motifs were obtained as a part of Codebook MEX project.

Supplementary files

This zenodo record contains motif annotation bundles for hocomoco10, hocomoco11, hocomoco12. They allow one to trace origin of motifs inherited from older versions (v9→v10→v11→v12→v13). Each bundle allows to link a motif to the same motif from the previous collection. Previous motif names are extracted in a separate file `previous_motif_names.json`.
