On Track - Individual Year 12 Student Completers 2013

The On Track Survey is conducted in April-May and involves a short telephone\nsurvey of school leavers who attended school in the previous year and who\nagreed to participate in the survey.\n\n \nThe On Track survey seeks to:\n\nOffer a consistent and comprehensive approach to monitoring the transistions\nof school leavers;\n\nReport the information to schools, TAFE institutions and other education\nproviders, organisations concerned with assisting young people, policy makers,\nparents and students; \nProvide detailed analyses of the transistions experienced by different groups\nof leavers; \nEnable education providers to use the findings to monitor and improve their\nprograms; and \nProvide a referral service for school leavers who appear to be experiencing\ndifficulties in the transistion process. Results for individual schools are\nusually published in June of the survey year.\n\n
