资源简介:
Data from study of termite responses to long-term fire regimes in a tropical savanna near Darwin, Australia. Data was collected at a long-term (18-year) fire experiment approximately 40 km south of Darwin. Includes information on termite species, abundances (number of encounters) and level of activity (proportion of bait consumed), as well as fire regime (early dry season burns every one, two, three and five years, late dry season burn every two years, and unburned), level of fire activity (accumulated fire intensity values over all years of burning), woody vegetation cover and grass cover.\nLineage: Data was collected in 2022 at a long-term fire experiment using a combination of baiting and direct searching to sample termites (refer to publication for more details).\n\nRochelmeyer, E., Evans, T., Eggleton, P., Murphy, B.P., Levick, S.R., Stobo‐Wilson, A.M. & Richards, A.E.
