All segmented trees (+ QSMs) that were used in the publication 'Implications of Pulse Frequency in Terrestrial Laser Scanning on Forest Point Cloud Quality and Individual Tree Structural Metrics'. All files follow the following naming convention: PLOT_PRR_NUMBER_optionalprocessingsteps_pc. Here PLOT refers to one of the five forest plots (BEoff, BEon, AUS, GAB, UK), PRR refers to the PRR replicate (300, 600 or 1200 kHz) and NUMBER is a randomly asigned number to each tree in the plot. Additional processing steps can be indicated as well, such as downsampling (e.g. ss001 for 1 cm downsampling) or leaf-wood separation (e.g. wood for the woody structure).
The extracted tree structural metrics can be found in the 'tree_metrics_dataframe' in both rds and csv format.
TLS data of the complete plots can be made available upon request.
