Data Extraction Dataset for Genetic Polymorphisms and Anti-Seizure Medication Outcomes

This dataset contains all studies included in the systematic review assessing genetic polymorphisms associated with the effectiveness and tolerability of anti-seizure medications in patients with epilepsy. The file includes the full list of eligible articles and the variables extracted from each study, including study design, population characteristics, genetic variants analysed, anti-seizure medications evaluated, and reported clinical outcomes related to treatment response and adverse drug reactions. No individual patient data are included. This dataset supports the reproducibility and transparency of the systematic review.
