本数据集包含了任务九专题一5年以来的整体工作情况总结汇总。专题完成了青藏高原考察区域范围的活动断裂遥感解译,开展的重点断裂和关键区域断裂活动性详细考察研究,开展了多条路线穿越和普查,综合已有研究成果资料的基础上,建立了青藏高原活动断裂与地震灾害数据库和知识库,完成了青藏高原活动断裂与强震分布图(1:100万)及说明书;收集和整理了区域内M4.7级以上地震的目录,开展了地震精定位、中强地震中位置校对核实,建立了区内9400余个M4.7级以上地震完整目录;以GNSS、水准和InSAR等现代大地测量技术为依托,建立青藏高原区域应变场和应力场,开展了多条主要边界断裂和关键区域现今变形状态研究;针对高原突发强震,组织了应急科学考察和综合研究,在科学认知地震的发震机制,评估地震破坏影响范围的同时,科学指导了应急救援和灾后重建,提出了高原近年来强震频发的主要成因机制;科学考察成果服务于国家战略和重大工程的科学规划、设计、施工与运维,为重大选线、规划、施工、运行安全保障提供科学支撑和咨询服务,同时为城市规划、区域减灾规划等提供了重要支撑。数据包含内容可供相关研究者和工程建设者参考使用。

This dataset summarizes the overall work of Task 9, Special Topic 1 over the past five years. The special topic has completed remote sensing interpretation of active faults within the survey area of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, conducted detailed investigations and studies on the activity of key faults and faults in critical regions, and carried out multiple route traverses and general surveys. Based on existing research results and data, a database and knowledge base for active faults and earthquake disasters on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau have been established, and the Active Faults and Strong Earthquake Distribution Map (1:1,000,000) of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its accompanying instruction manual have been finalized. The dataset also covers the collection and compilation of regional earthquake catalogs with magnitude ≥ M4.7, precise earthquake location and verification of the locations of moderate-strong earthquakes, as well as the establishment of a complete catalog of over 9,400 earthquakes with magnitude ≥ M4.7 within the region. Relying on modern geodetic technologies such as GNSS, leveling and InSAR, the regional strain field and stress field of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau have been constructed, and studies on the current deformation status of multiple major boundary faults and critical regions have been carried out. For sudden strong earthquakes on the plateau, emergency scientific investigations and comprehensive research have been organized. While scientifically clarifying the seismogenic mechanisms of earthquakes and assessing the impact scope of earthquake damage, the work has provided scientific guidance for emergency rescue and post-disaster reconstruction, and proposed the main genetic mechanism for the frequent occurrence of strong earthquakes on the plateau in recent years. The outcomes of these scientific investigations support the scientific planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of national strategies and major projects, providing scientific support and consulting services for major route selection, planning, construction and operational safety guarantee, while also offering critical support for urban planning, regional disaster reduction planning and other relevant fields. The contents of this dataset are available for reference and use by relevant researchers and engineering practitioners.
