Microbial diversity and community composition of tree bulk, rhizosphere and endophyte in Cd and Zn contaminated soil

Soil heavy metal pollution is a global problem, threatening food safety and affecting human health and ecosystem functions. Remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil by trees and microorganisms is a hot research topic at present, but little is known about the collection and assembly process of tree-related microbial communities, especially under the condition of heavy metal pollution, the assembly process of endophytes in trees has not been reported. With the soil polluted by Cd and Zn as the research background, we randomly selected 8 tree species with better growth to study at bulk, rhizosphere and intraroot levels.
