Effect of depletion or overexpression of CaSR on gene expression in BM-derived Lineage negative AML cells

To investigate the effects of CaSR depletion or overexpression on gene expression in primary AML cells, we compared the gene expression profile of sorted lineage negative cells from the bone marrow of normal wildtype, CaSR knockout or CaSR overexpression mice. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for lineage negative cells isolated from the bone marrow of normal wildtype C57/BL6 mice (5 replicates), CaSR KO C57/BL6 mice (4 replicates) and CaSR OE C57/BL6 mice (4 replicates).
