Concentrations in the files are expressed as monomer protein and duplex DNA. Titrations were measured at 25 °C. Buffer is 10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM glutamic acid, 50 mM arginine pH 7.5.
