CET: The Causal-Informational Completion of Gravity

CET∞ (Causal-Entropic Theory of Gravity) presents a four-dimensional, non-local and strictly causal completion of General Relativity that remains consistent with quantum field theory. The theory is based on a retarded entire kernel K^{-1}(\Box_R) admitting a positive Stieltjes spectral representation, ensuring unitarity, ghost-freedom and ultraviolet finiteness. A scalar causal field —the texon— emerges from discrete causal connectivity and provides a unified explanation of dark matter and dark energy as retarded responses of the texon condensate. CET∞ predicts: A nonsingular cosmological bounce with bounded curvature. Regular black-hole interiors with small, testable quasinormal mode shifts |\delta \omega / \omega| \sim 10^{-4} and no echoes. Inflationary observables r = 0.004–0.015, n_s = 0.966–0.970, and |f_{NL}| ≤ 2. The framework is falsifiable through near-term observations (LISA, Einstein Telescope, CMB-S4, Euclid). It unifies gravity, quantum field theory and the dark sector in a single causal-informational structure.
