Single-base resolution DNA methylomes of two legume species, Glycine max (soybean) and Phaseolus vulgaris (common bean)

High coverage methylomes for both soybean and common bean were produced using sources of the reference genomes, providing the first direct comparison of methylomes between closely related plant species and a comprehensive study of the epigenetic landscape of paleopolyploid genomes.
