This repository contains the reference genomes and pre-built indexes required for running HumanFilt v2 in RNA-seq mode. These resources support efficient removal of human genomic contamination and enable accurate downstream microbial taxonomic profiling in tumour metagenomic datasets. Contents GENCODE v44 reference transcripts with Bowtie2 index GRCh38 (GCF_000001405.40) reference genome with HISAT2 indexes T2T CHM13 v2.0 reference genome with Minimap2 index
