Utilize siRNA to knockdown the SLC7A5 gene in HFL1 cells. By treating SLC7A5-knockdown HFL1 cells with TGF-β1, compared with normal HFL1 cells induced by TGF-β1, the gene differences in the transcriptome were observed. Each group had 3 replicates, and transcriptome sequencing analysis was conducted.
