The Yellow Sea gold tide has become a new Marine disaster, which has caused serious damage and huge economic loss to the traditional seaweed culture area along the coast of Jiangsu Province. Transcriptomics was used to study the response genes of Sargassum horneri under temperature stress. At the mRNA level, the corresponding genes and transcripts related to the above molecular mechanisms showed obvious upregulation after being stimulated by temperature, and participated in heat-resistant regulation to resist the damage caused by heat stress, indicating that the above genes deserve our high attention when studying the transcriptome of Sargassum horneri under temperature stress. This paper provides a reference for the molecular mechanism of growth and reproduction of Sargassum horneri under temperature adaptation during its outbreak, in order to complement the outbreak mechanism of growth and reproduction of the golden tide in the Yellow Sea.
