Subjective and Physiological Listener Responses to Music Processing Strategies for Music Listening (BAQ & Likeability Ratings, EDA, and PPG Data) This dataset contains the raw and processed listener response data from a study evaluating three different machine learning / DSP models (E001, E021, and E022) developed as part of the EPSRC CADENZA Challenge. The experiment assessed listeners' perceptions of music quality and preference, alongside continuous, concurrent physiological measures. The data is organized by participant and stimulus model, and includes: Subjective Scores: Individual Basic Audio Quality (BAQ) and Likeability ratings (1-10 scale) for each processed music stimulus. Physiological Measures: Time-series data from wrist-worn sensors, including Electrodermal Activity (EDA) and Photoplethysmography (PPG), recorded continuously during the listening task. Processed Physiological Metrics: Extracted single-value metrics per stimulus, such as mean tonic EDA, phasic EDA variability, and heart rate variability (HRV) measures.
