The Vegetation Plot Record Dataset of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (2025 Edition) is a georeferenced dataset collecting vegetation formation type data for forest and shrub vegetation on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. This dataset includes 9 fields: serial number, plot ID, vegetation formation type, longitude, latitude, elevation, surveyor, survey date, photo number and remarks. A total of 17,190 vegetation plot records are included in this dataset. This dataset originates from the special research project "Forest and Shrub Ecosystems and Resource Management", and was collected through field surveys using artificially established sampling plots. Key fields such as species names in the dataset have been reviewed by experts. This dataset can be used for research in relevant disciplines including vegetation ecology and ecosystem management.
