本研究通过构建基于高氧暴露的新生小鼠支气管肺发育不良(Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, BPD)模型,探究参与BPD发生与发展过程的关键分子及作用机制,为发掘新的治疗靶点以推进BPD的临床防治工作提供新思路。本研究对常氧及高氧暴露小鼠的肺内皮细胞开展全转录组测序(RNA测序,RNA-seq)表达谱分析,并对两组小鼠肺内皮细胞的RNA-seq数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
