We isolated primary hair follicle dermal papilla cells (DPCs) from C57BL/6 male mice and constructed novel three-dimensional DPCs (tdDPCs) by 3D self-feeder layer cultication. In order to identify the differential expression genes between DPCs and tdDPCs, we performed RNA-sequencing.
