The goal of this study was to determine how heterogeneous Fenton-like pretreatment affected the bacterial community during co-composting of wheat straw with cattle manure covered with a semi-permeable membrane. The diversity and relative abundance of the bacterial community were assessed by Alpha and Beta diversity analysis. Also, we analyzed the bacterial community succession during the composting process by the relative abundance of bacteria at the phylum level and genus level.
