In this study, three kinds of green, yellow and purple tea leaves were selected for comprehensive metabolomics analysis by ULTRA performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), and flavonoids were identified and quantified. Through transcriptome analysis, the differences of flavonoids and their synthesis genes in the young leaves of tea from chengbudong were analyzed. The results of this study can provide theoretical basis for further research and breeding of Chengbudong tea.
