C. and Kloss, C.DOI: 10.1093/gji/ggae008<b>Files Description</b>The following files are available:1. Model_CL.mat2. CL_datafile.h5<b>(1) Model_CL.mat:</b>Model parameter file of the model CL in mat-format, following thestyle of the CHAOS model releases. This can be loaded, for example, using the chaosmagpy python package https://pypi.org/project/chaosmagpy/ <b>(2) CL_datafile.h5:</b>The file stores the processed magnetic data used to estimate the model CL.Data is organized in HDF-groups "ground", "scalar", "scalar_gradient","vector", and "vector_gradient", which contains several HDF-datasets(e.g. Time, Colatitude, magnetic field B). Each HDF-dataset comes with theattributes "UNITS", "DESCRIPTION" and "FORMAT", which provide additionalinformation on the HDF-dataset.
