DATASET for Long-term protection of crystalline zinc phosphide (Zn3P2) under atmospheric conditions

Dataset for the work titled: Long-term protection of crystalline zinc phosphide (Zn₃P₂) under atmospheric conditions This dataset contains experimental measurement data and analysis files used to generate the figures of the associated publication. It includes raw and modeled spectroscopic ellipsometry data, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, secondary-ion mass spectrometry (SIMS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and photoluminescence data. The data are organized by manuscript figure and supplementary figure number and are provided together with Jupyter notebooks used for data processing and visualization. Detailed information on data acquisition is provided in the associated publication, while the dataset structure and usage are described in the accompanying README file. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) data are provided in a separate associated dataset archived at https://doi.org/10.34810/data2689.
