In this dataset, we upload raw data to analyze planktonic predator-prey dynamics under climate change and nutrient fluctuations. Among them are time series data of Microcystis in the control group, Microcystis in the grazing treatment, and Paramecium in the grazing treatment under different nutrient levels and climate conditions.
