Dataset for: Multimodal therapy in older women with chronic lower extremity pain

This dataset contains anonymized individual-level data from a randomized comparative effectiveness study investigating the effects of dry needling, neuromuscular taping, kinesitherapy, and their combined application in older women with chronic lower extremity pain. The dataset includes pre- and post-intervention measurements for:- Pain intensity (Numerical Rating Scale)- Functional motor abilities (Senior Fitness Test)- Quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF domains)- Functional independence (Barthel Index)- Body composition (bioelectrical impedance analysis)- Vital signs All data are fully anonymized and contain no personal identifiers.
