Paid parking sections

Complete inventory of free and paid parking spaces on the public space of the City of Le Havre (excluding covered parking). Each segment represents a series of parking boxes of a similar type. Seizure by the Parking Department with the City's GIS tools based on the geographical reference (vector and orthophotoplan) and field observations.勒阿弗尔市公共区域内免费及付费停车位完整清单（不含带顶棚停车场车位）。每个数据段对应一组类型统一的停车泊位。本数据集由勒阿弗尔市停车管理部门借助城市地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，GIS）工具，基于地理参考数据（矢量数据与正射影像图）并结合实地观测完成采集。
