Multi-region transcriptomic profiles of differential gene expressions in mouse APP and wild-type groups

This dataset contains transcriptomic profiles comparing APP and wild-type (WT) mouse groups across four regions' tissues: dorsal root ganglion (D), hippocampus (H), spinal cord region (S), and thalamus (T). For each tissue, differential gene expression analysis was performed, and results are provided as both FASTA files containing sequences of differentially expressed genes (APP_DvsWT_D.DEG.fa, APP_HvsWT_H.DEG.fa, APP_SvsWT_S.DEG.fa, APP_TvsWT_T.DEG.fa) and Excel spreadsheets summarizing gene-level statistics (APP_DvsWT_D.DEG.xlsx, APP_HvsWT_H.DEG.xlsx, APP_SvsWT_S.DEG.xlsx, APP_TvsWT_T.DEG.xlsx), as well as full differential analysis results including gene names and annotation (APP_DvsWT_D.Differential_analysis_results_geneName.xlsx, APP_HvsWT_H.Differential_analysis_results_geneName.xlsx, APP_SvsWT_S.Differential_analysis_results_geneName.xlsx, APP_TvsWT_T.Differential_analysis_results_geneName.xlsx). For example, APP_DvsWT_D.DEG.fa means FASTA sequences of DEGs for D group (APP vs WT)—this file contains DEG sequences for the dorsal root ganglion comparison between APP and WT. Data were generated from 24 samples divided into 8 experimental groups with 3 biological replicates each, sequenced using Illumina PE150, aligned with STAR, and assembled with Cufflinks.
