The goal of this study was to examine changes in gene expression in response to periostin treatment. Primary human airway epithelia were exposed to vehicle or periostin, prepared for RNA sequencing, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using 2x151bp paired end SBS chemistry.
