资源简介:

The use of Chlorella for the combined goals of biomass production and piggery wastewater nutrient removal has been considered to be practical. However, the pretreatments of piggery wastewater are considerably economic cost. This study aimed at developing a technology which directly used original piggery wastewater to culture Chlorella Pyrenoidosa. The microalgae treated with the method not only grew well but achieved outstanding removal efficiencies in ammonia (more than 98.0 %), total nitrogen (more than 38.6 %) and total phosphorus (more than 42.8%) both when aerating air and CO2. In addition, culturing C. Pyrenoidosa resulted in the shifts in microbial community. The microbes in original piggery wastewater played important role in nutrients cycling were influenced by C. Pyrenoidosa positively or negatively. Moreover, some microbes closely related to the biomass of microalgae, and posed a threat to public health were also studied. Vampirovibrionales which can result in the death of Chlorella were greatly enriched by culturing C. pyrenoidosa, indicating it negatively influenced the algal biomass. Kerstersia gyiorum and Vibrio which are pathogenic to human were significantly inhibited by culturing C. pyrenoidosa. These findings in this study can prove that it is greatly possible to amplify the cultivation of C. pyrenoidosa in original piggery wastewater for nutrient removal, algal biomass production and harmful microbe suppression.
