Table S4 from Kinetoplastid kinetochore proteins KKT14-KKT15 are divergent Bub1/BubR1-Bub3 proteins

Search results of KKT15 and KKT14 alignments using online HHpred (Zimmermann et al., 2018). For each of KKT15 and KKT14, two searches were performed: one against the EggNOG database, and the other against a subset of model organisms (Homo sapiens, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Arabidopsis thaliana and Naegleria gruberi). The top 30 of the results is included in this table. The results of KKT15 against EggNOG were used as input for the phylogenetic analysis of KKT15, including a variety of WD40 repeat proteins.
