To investigate whether PLSCR1 knockout affects the gene expression in the presence or absence of IFN-? treatment, we compared the gene expression profile in WT and PLSCR1-KO cells using RNA-seq analysis. Overall design: RNA-seq analysis of gene expression level in WT and PLSCR1-KO Huh7.5 cells treated or untreated with IFN-?. Three biological replicates were performed for each group, resulting in a total 12 samples.
