资源简介:
This dataset corresponds to surveys carried out in Sumatra and Bangka islands, Indonesia, in June 2009 and May and August 2011 as part of Aude Verwilghen's PhD. It includes the location and description of the trap lines used to capture small mammals and the captures themselves.

TrapsBaitCodes.png
Description of trap types, baits and coding.
LinesStandard.txt
This file is a table that describes the 34 'standard' traplines by which small mammal specimens have been captured. Some traplines can have no capture. This is a point to consider when trapping success is computed joining the trapline table to the capture table. Those two tables can be joined using the field 'IDLine'. For more details about sampling design, trap types, distance between two traps, etc. please refer to the articles published using those data (see references on this web page).
IDline
trapline ID code: digits #1-2 location ID, digits #3-4 year, digits #5-6 month, digits #7-8 line ID. (see TrapsBaitCodes.png)
deb_long_wgs84
longitude of the trapline beginning
deb_lat_wgs84

LinesNonStandard.txt
This file is a table with two traplines, AD and AE, that have been mixed up. Captures have been collapsed in AD in the capture file. See the section about 'LinesStandard.txt' above for column legends.
Indonesia_capture.txt
This file is a table that describes the 345 animals captured. As a table, it can be joined to the trapline table using the field 'IDline'.
Species identification, based on morphometrics and external morphology, was made using the following references: Musser et al. (1979), Musser and Newcomb (1983), Corbet and Hill (1992), Aplin et al. (2003), Wilson and Reeder (2005), Chaval (2011). Some species were identified using DNA barcoding, with species assignation using the RodentSEA reference database available at http//www.ceropath.org/barecoding_tool/rodentsea; (Clairon et al., 2010)). Nomenclature follows Wilson and Reeder (2005).
