The Role of the 2'-OH group in Phase Separation and Percolation Transitions of RNA

This repository contains the original temperature-controlled optical microscopy datasets supporting the representative images and Supplementary Movies presented in the accompanying manuscript, "The Role of the 2'-OH Group in Phase Separation and Percolation Transitions of RNA." The deposited data comprise original time-lapse microscopy acquisitions together with synchronized temperature recordings, microscope metadata, display settings, and acquisition notes used to generate representative microscopy throughout the study. The repository includes the raw data underlying all Supplementary Movies as well as representative microscopy images presented exclusively in the Supplementary Information. These datasets span RNA and single-stranded DNA repeat systems, telomeric nucleic acids, methylated RNAs, tRNA, homopolymeric RNAs, and experiments examining sequence-, ion-, concentration-, and pH-dependent phase separation and percolation transitions. The deposited files enable independent inspection of the raw microscopy data underlying the representative images and movies presented in the associated publication.
