Transcriptomic analysis of a cohort of patients with HER2-positive breast cancer who did not achieve a pathological complete response after neoadjuvant treatment with trastuzumab plus chemotherapy. Matched samples were collected before the initiation of therapy (diagnostic biopsy) and at surgery (surgical sample).
