This dataset contains the 2015 30 m-resolution dynamic mangrove distribution dataset of China, which provides data support for ecological conservation, mangrove protection and restoration, and regional sustainable development. Mangroves are tropical trees and shrubs that grow in sheltered intertidal zones. Since mangroves are periodically inundated by tides, accurately mapping mangrove habitats poses a substantial challenge for remote sensing.
