The four gene groups are MaSp1, MaSp2.1, MaSp2.2 and MaSp3 (results in different tabs). ’Occurrence’ indicates the total number of times the k-mer is found across all consensus poly-A units. ’Add_occ’ indicates the number of occurrences within the sequences that represent multiple occurrences. ’Total kmer Add_Occ’ is the sum of all additional occurrences for k-mers of that length. ’Rel. Add_Occur’ is calculated by dividing ’Add_occ’ by ’Total kmer Add_Occ’. (XLSX)
