Experimental data for the article entitled<br>"A data-driven method for reconstructing and modelling social interactions in moving animal groups"with authorsR. Escobedo, V. Lecheval, V. Theraulaz.<br>Both dataset have the same structure of 13 columns containing the following information, in columns:<br>#1: Experiment_ID#2: time of kick of focal fish#3: x-coordinate of focal fish#4: y-coordinate of focal fish#5: x-coordinate of neighbour fish at the kicking time of the focal fish (column #2)<br>#6: y-coordinate of neighbour fish at the kicking time of the focal fish (column #2)#7: distance to the wall of focal fish, r_w<br>#8: angle of incidence to the wall of focal fish, theta_w#9: heading change of focal fish, delta phi<br>#10: distance between fish, d_ij#11: angle psi_ij with which focal fish i perceives its neighbour j<br>#12: heading different phi_ij of neighbour fish j with respect to focal fish i<br>#13: angle psi_ji with which neighbour fish j perceives the focal fish i.<br>Time is in seconds, distances are in meters, and angles in radians (positive direction of angles is taken counterclockwise).<br><br>
