Purpose:the goals of this study are to find the candidate genes that control the phenotypic variation of phasbean mutants and provide theoretical basis for phasbean breeding. Overall design: The apical stem samples in 'A18' were labeled as A18, and the apical stem samples in 'nts' were labeled as nts, respectively. The differences in gene expression were analyzed using base picture segment number per kilobase pair fragment (FPKM) value per million base pair transcript fragment. Among them, genes with expression log2≥2 or ≤-2 and p value ≤0.05 were labeled as differentially significant
