Case A Existing Parking House: FULL BIM–WASTEie Material Mapping Dataset

This record contains the WASTEie material mapping dataset developed for Case A of the RECONMATIC demonstrator: an existing parking house represented using the FULL BIM approach. The dataset is provided as a structured Microsoft Excel workbook linked to the separately deposited IFC 4.3 information model. It manages 4,399 object records and connects them to the corresponding IFC entities using stable GlobalId and STEP identifiers. The workbook contains IFC classifications, object and material information, calculated quantities, WASTEie properties, European Waste Catalogue classifications and data validation records. The dataset supports material inventory, construction and demolition waste assessment, asset management and circular economy applications. It demonstrates how information from an existing object based BIM can be audited, enriched and transferred into a structured WASTEie information container. The associated IFC model was migrated from IFC2X3 Coordination View to the IFC4X3_ADD2 schema. The model and this dataset together constitute the Case A FULL BIM demonstrator and should be interpreted as complementary research outputs.
