Arsenic (iAs) induces generation of the cancer stem-like cells (CSCs) through Nrf2-dependent HIF1a activation, and the subsequent metabolic reprogramming from mitochondrial oxdaive phosphorylation to glycolysis in epithelial cells. Overall design: Genome-wide ChIP-seq analysis of the global binding of Nrf2 (sc-13032) and/or HIF1a (ab2185) on the genome in the cells treated with iAs (1 µM for 6 hrs).
