Listeria phage genome sequencing. Caudoviricetes

Listeria phages have been reported to have a high prevalence on dairy farm environments where Listeria hosts are widespread. These phages typically exhibit diverse host ranges. Goals of this study are to obtain information on the characteristics (i.e., genome organization and their functions) and the diversity of listeriaphage genomes as well as to explore evidence on gaining mosaic characteristics of these phages on dairy farms.
