资源简介:
This dataset was generated as part of the VacTrack project, which investigates the spatio-temporal dynamics of early immune responses following intranasal administration of an outer membrane vesicle (OMV)-based pneumococcal vaccine candidate in a murine model.
The primary objective of the study was to characterize early biodistribution, innate immune cell recruitment, antigen uptake, and immune activation across respiratory and systemic compartments. Mice were intranasally immunized, and tissues including nasal mucosa, lungs, draining cervical lymph nodes, spleen, and blood were collected at defined early timepoints post-vaccination. Control groups received PBS.
The dataset includes:
High-dimensional spectral flow cytometry data analyzing innate immune cell subsets and activation markers
Processed quantitative datasets (CSV format) containing computed frequencies, median fluorescence intensities (MFI), and statistical analyses
R scripts used for data preprocessing, normalization, statistical testing, and generation of figures
High-resolution immunofluorescence microscopy images supporting biodistribution and cellular localization analyses
The dataset enables reproducibility of the analyses presented in the associated manuscript and supports secondary analysis of early mucosal immune responses following intranasal OMV vaccination.
