This dataset contains the data to reproduce the IMMUcan imaging workflow publication. Background: IMMUcan (https://immucan.eu/) collects samples from cancer patients for multimodal analysis. multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF) and Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) are performed on all patient samples. Samples collection occurs over 6 years. Two workflows have been developed for mIF and IMC to allow reproducible data collection and processing over the course of the project. Data:
