The purpose of this study is to obtain the blood of cancer patients and normal people in order to accurately diagnose patients related to cancer diseases, RNA is extracted from the obtained blood and RNA-seq proceeds. And we identify how to enable accurate disease diagnosis using the quadratic normalization method we developed.
