These data are from amplicon sequencing of junctions between a Himar1 mini-transposon and the chromosomal DNA from group B Streptococcus serotype Ia strain A909. The strains from which the amplicons were generated were subsequently assembled into an indexed mutant library of frozen, defined monoculture stocks.
